Guest should be mindful of noise levels from 10pm to 8am. This home has an doorbell camera plus noise sensors that measure decibel levels, but do not record sounds or images. Guests should not tamper with these devices nor the internet.

Fraud Prevention
The booking guest should be 25 or older, staying at the property during the reservation, and provide a copy of their identification along with signing a rental agreement (viewable here)

Cancellation Policy
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days before the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
